Yes. We work with your schedule. Nutrition is a lifestyle and most likely we’ll always be busy. At the same time, this is your health, so it’s up to you, whether you’re willing to make the time to implement some lifestyle changes that we see fit. We’ll be working together, so I want to make sure that our care plan is actually working for you. If it’s not, then we’ll want to adjust your care plan and change things accordingly so that you can make it work for this busy season.

Yes! Everyone at Aloha Nutrition has completed their requirements to maintain their Registered Dietitian licensure. We also have done additional training in Functional Nutrition to further provide a root cause approach with specialty lab testing.

Yes we do. While our specialty and “niche” is women’s health, we have worked with children, men and couples and would be happy to jump on a discovery call to see if we’re the right fit.

While we don’t focus on weight loss specifically, many of our clients lose weight as a by-product of addressing their overall health. We believe that true weight loss comes by having a healthy metabolism. Our focus is strengthening and nourishing your body. When your body feels “safe” and nourished, you’re more likely to lose weight as a result of addressing your overall health.
